Calendar Note

Holidays are listed in calendar order. Subscribe to the calendar to add this dates to your calendar.

Some holidays are based on the lunar or lunar-solar calendars, which vary based on region and practice. As a result, their dates vary from year to year.

For some religions, dates begin at sunset the day before. In these cases, we include that evening as the first day of the holiday on the Gregorian calendar.

While we strive for accuracy, please let us know if you spot any errors.

Dates and Spelling

Great care has been given to assure accuracy of the dates.  However, sources often differ on dates and on the spelling of the holiday. Please let us know if there are any obvious errors. Also, please let us know if there are any other dates that we should consider including.

Religions included

If your religion has not been included and you would like it to be, please let us know. Additionally, if you think other holidays should be included or have other feedback, please reach out.
